Intellectual Property Commercialization Center (IPCC) was established under Decision No. 01/QĐ-IPA dated 2 October 2024, by the Intellectual Property Association of Ho Chi Minh City, and was granted Certificate of Registration for Science and Technology Activities No. 611/ĐK-KHCN dated 21 July 2025, by the Department of Science and Technology of Ho Chi Minh City.
IPCC is the result of cooperation between the Intellectual Property Association of Ho Chi Minh City and IFPI (International Federation of the Phonographic Industry) with the aim of promoting related-rights licensing activities for sound recordings in the fields of background music for business and television/radio broadcasting.
